These days, I’m always ON with my soul’s expression.

There is no end point to its heartbeat.

But the constant focus needs a reset every now and then, and from time to time,my empathic empowered mystic starlit being just needs to break free from the mundane.

So I add play in different ways to nurture the Mother and embrace the Father energy.

Play is a mystics universal tool of truth. It IS a thing!!!!

It’s just as important as spiritual studying, reading, working, and writing.

Play is your mystics way to go beyond your norm. And it shifts as you grow, and grow up and up.

I used to play in different frequencies in my young adult years. What’s funny, I didn’t enjoy it much because they were soul- less, outer world, non resonant, play. Icky.

And now…I’ve made a 180 flip. Almost everything I do in life feeds my soul design. Whether it’s creating, meditating, exercising, communing with nature, being with other soul family….I take it all in.

I enjoy the outdoors, chanting, mandalas, musical instruments, relaxing, creating in the kitchen and taking long warm baths. That may bore some of you and it probably bored my younger self a little but it totally nourishes me whole again.

I wouldn’t have been enlightened in this way if I didn’t warm up to who I really am.
